We start with your business.
No generic dashboards or off-the-shelf reports. Every engagement begins with understanding your drivers, your people and your goals.
Axia Advisory is an independent advisory firm for large-scale agriculture. We work with agricultural businesses, institutional investors and their boards, combining deep sector knowledge with structured analysis to support better decisions from the paddock to the boardroom.
Our mission is simple: to help businesses make better decisions that deliver lasting value.
Axia was founded to bring agriculture and analytics together.
After years working in corporate agriculture, it was clear the industry generates a wealth of data, but turning it into clear, actionable insight is hard. Many businesses had the information but lacked the comparisons, systems and focus to turn it into better outcomes.
Axia was created to change that: to give farming businesses a trusted partner who can make sense of complexity, challenge assumptions and help unlock the full potential of their operations.
No generic dashboards or off-the-shelf reports. Every engagement begins with understanding your drivers, your people and your goals.
We don't sell software, inputs or products, so our advice is about your outcome only.
Data, models and reports stay with your business, built so your team can use and maintain them.
We ask the hard questions, challenge assumptions and give you a clear recommendation, not a pile of analysis.
Luke grew up on a cattle farm and has worked in agriculture his whole life. He still runs a cattle enterprise in north-east Victoria.
Before founding Axia Advisory, Luke was General Manager – Commercial at Viridis Ag, one of Australia's largest corporate broadacre farming businesses. He led the off-farm support function, including finance, analytics, data and systems, and supply chain.
Before Viridis, he consulted with Parity Analytic, a boutique financial modelling and analytics consultancy, advising superannuation funds, large manufacturers and start-ups on transactions, forecasting and operational performance.
Luke combines hands-on farming experience, executive leadership in corporate agriculture, and deep technical skill in financial modelling, analytics and reporting. At Axia, his focus is on independent, practical insight that gives clients clarity, confidence and a measurable edge.
